It’s taper week for ’s Southern Highlands Running Festival this Sunday. Come and shake out the legs with us tomorrow before the big race. As always, meet at at 6:15am for a 5km loop to Bowral Pool and back. Newbies always welcome.

Every Friday morning. Rain, fog, sun - we will run (or walk) together. Meet us at at 6:15am, for a 6:20am start. We do a flat 5km loop down Bowral street, along the Cherry Tree trail to the pool and the back again. Some walk, some run, and some do a little of both. We can’t wait to see you x
