Healing the world begins with healing yourself.

How good do you feel after that session at the gym or making time to grab another firm deep tissue massage?

Dear Self 2024,

I’d like you to contemplate how the Universe or the energy force behind all that is, is already within you, and lives as innate infinite intelligence. Your Alignment is what allows you to use this power to create the successes you desire. Every day you question what is….

But what if I share that to become aware of this innate power and use your full potential you will need to first become aware of the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. The Truth is the universe is always saying YES to whatever you are thinking, feeling, and believing in. Whether it’s positive or negative, it exists, and that’s why what you resist always persists because everything is energy.

The Universal Law of Cause and Effect states that nothing is happening by chance. For every effect, there is
a definite cause, and likewise, for every cause, there is a definite effect. Meaning, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction or consequence. What this means is your thoughts, behaviours, and actions create specific effects that manifest and create your life as you know it. The key understanding in this is that this is an equal opportunity law. Meaning, it knows no difference between that which you say you want and that which you say you don’t want. Because whatever you think about, and therefore internalise, will become the effects of that cause, as this is the law.

Success is not built upon chance or luck. Success is not determined outside of you. Success is created within you. Today is a new day where you ask yourself – what am I believing in and tapping into. Is it my infinite intelligence so I too can live out my true self drawing in an abundance of love, peace, joy and success? Change your actions, and you change your life. Transform your thoughts and you will create a brand-new destiny.
