We offer a range of medical imaging services, including ultrasound, x-ray, CT, MRI and interventional radiology (steroid injections, etc).

📣 Temporary Practice Closure - 2pm-3pm Today, Friday 24th April.

Gibraltar Radiology will be closed for approximately 1hr this afternoon due to a planned complete power outage to our building ⚡️

During this time, we will have no phones or computers. For anything urgent, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as the power has been restored 💡

We are to blame for all works happening outside our practice on the road on Bowral Street BUT it’s all for a good cause… we promise! 🙏🏼

The huge amount of work going on is the start of the electrical upgrade to power up our long awaited CT scanner. All going to plan we will be up and running early in May 🤩

Disruptions to traffic should only last today and we want to thank all our patients and general public for their patience! 🫶🏻

A friendly reminder - we have a large car park out the back available for our patients to use ☺️

Meet the Team - Part Three 👋🏼

Introducing one half of our Sonographer team - Natasha and Stacey 🤩

You will find Natasha at Gibraltar Radiology on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. She is an experienced general sonographer with a special interest in obstetrics and gynaecological imaging and enjoys supporting patients with any clinical concerns or questions they may have. Natasha also has experience as a radiographer working in X-ray and CT ✨

Stacey works at Gibraltar Radiology on Mondays and Wednesdays. She is an experienced sonographer performing a broad range of general ultrasound including paediatric hips. Stacey enjoys being part of a patient’s medical journey and ensuring all patients feel at ease during their examination 🤍

Both sonographers are a wonderful part of our team and look forward to welcoming you to the practice 🥰

✨ Our MRI is now LIVE ✨

Gibraltar Radiology is excited to announce we now have MRI appointments available as soon as this week! 😍

Our MRI has been a long time coming, (with a few hurdles along the way!), but we are all thrilled to finally be offering this service to our wonderful community. 🍀

Prostate MRI will be available after Easter and Cardiac MRI will be available towards the end of April. 🗓️

Patients with pacemakers are welcome to call our rooms and organise to go on our waitlist for our pacemaker MRI service - coming soon. 👀

A massive thank you to all our referrers and all the patients who have been on our wait list for their patience while our engineering team finalised the MRI installation and calibration. 🤗

Our two radiologists, Dr James Bewes and Dr Andrew Low, participated in the annual Southern Highlands GPs vs Specialists cricket game at Bradman Oval 🏏

Not only did the Specialists team walk away with a win, but our very own James won Play of the Match 🏆
