Merry Christmas beautiful people,

As this year gently comes to a close, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect on how it has unfolded 🤍

It’s been a year of big shifts — closing the shop, learning to work from home, and being asked to trust a slower, quieter rhythm. Not always easy, but deeply clarifying. A year that reminded me how important it is to keep choosing alignment, even when the path changes.

From today, I’ll be on leave until February 5th, allowing space to rest, integrate, and refill my cup ✨

As a single mum of three boys over the past 26 years, I’ve learned that love speaks more than one language. 💫

Each of my sons has a different way of feeling the world — one needed to hibernate, one laughed things off, and one held everything quietly inside.

When I first began scar tissue therapy, I thought I was only working with the body…
But soon, something deeper started to happen. As I placed my hands on scars, I began receiving images and impressions, even feeling emotions— the body’s hidden stories.

When I shared them, my clients often remembered moments from their past… and through touch and storytelling, release began.

Over time, I realised this was no longer just scar work — it had become a way of listening to the body’s wisdom.

That’s how Somatic Story Journey ™ was born — a space where the body speaks, & healing begins.

These are my witches broomstick bulb gifted by my auntie years ago— they have been quietly blooming and dying in my backyard... until gorgeous Bonnie decided it was time for a backyard repotting party! 😂 Bulbs, dirt, and pots everywhere!

Life’s a bit like that sometimes: messy, surprising, and full of unexpected gifts. The magic is in having a little faith that something beautiful is always just around the corner. I repotted them and set some intentions that they would string up out of the soil. And boom here they come.

Lionsgate Portal Meditation Partner

Meet my meditation partner for today’s powerful 8/8 Lionsgate Portal...
This is my beautiful boy Bowie, with a wiggly bottom and a playful spirit. 😂

We sat together (well I sat, he tried his best 😂) this morning at exactly 8:08am, anchoring intentions under the light of the almost Aquarian full moon — and we’ll meet again at 8:08pm tonight.
Twice today, opening our hearts to the frequencies of abundance, expansion, and soul alignment.

He may not be the stillest companion, but maybe that’s the magic… reminding me that presence comes in many forms.
You don’t have to be still to be connected — sometimes wiggles are part of the wisdom.
