Not everyone is meant to be in our lives to the end, so when someone brings pain, suffering, and disrespect to your life let them go, if you choose, you may wish them well from afar.

If it’s not possible to let them go completely, make sure you limit your energy and time spent in their presence.
Remember you are worthy of respect.
You matter. Your life matters. ❤️

Life happens, challenges come up. It’s how we choose to navigate them that influences not only our peace of mind, but our sense of self-trust and happiness as well. If you are in the middle of something challenging, remember how you want to show up, and do what you need to do to take care of yourself so you are not triggered into reacting to other people’s frenetic energy. Sending hugs to support you in remembering who you are, and staying true to your values. Know that just as you have many times before, you will absolutely get through this one too. Not only get through, you will come out stronger!
