Mindfullness is a choice we make. To be present. To be open. To be available to life, others and ourselves. As soon as we loose our mindfulness, there is a separation - with ourselves, others and with life.
Mindfulness has a significant impact on our mental, emotional and physical health. Being aware of what, where and how we feel connects us to our pain, stress and problems. If we allow ourselves to really sit with whatever we are experiencing, we open up a pathway to powerful healing.
