Our pharmacy understands that it is an anxious time for everyone. We are working hard to ensure continuous supply of medications for our customers, as well as maintain health and safety for our staff, our customers and the wider community.

As per the recommendation of the Chief Medical Officer, we do not encourage customers to have more than 30 days supply of their regular medications. This will reduce the likelihood of shortages.

If you have symptoms of Coronavirus (fever, sore throat or a cough), please DO NOT ENTER the pharmacy. Stay home and ring your GP or the pharmacy for further advice.

We offer a delivery service to the local area from Monday to Friday if required. Please ring us on 03 9890 3064 to check if you are within our delivery zone.

We encourage customers to pay via EFTPOS or credit card to reduce the handling of cash.

We will not require signatures for prescriptions at this time.

Our staff will be practicing social distancing (1.5m), hand hygiene and regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces as part of the infection control by the Health Department.
