Why talk therapy, affirmations and self help books aren't working👇

❌️Talk therapy isn't enough on it's own.

❌️Going to the gym and working out your body isn't going to cut it by itself.

❌️Reading all the self help books and no action does little if anything at all.

❌️Saying 20 affirmations each morning isn't going to shift much if it lands flat in your body.

❌️Doing 100 reiki sessions without stepping into YOUR POWER, won't fully land becuse you aren't fully embodying the work.

👉We need to cut through the surface level fluff and go deep.

👉Past the lies that the mind and words have created.

👉Past the illusions the ego has pieced together.

👉Past the generational patterns.

👉Past the past life imprints.

🪷Go to the core; of your soul self.

And work backwards to unwind it all.

From all layers.

All levels.

✅️The mind.

✅️The ENERGETICS.

❌️Affirmations won't work unless...

The affirmation ACTIVATES something within you...💫

Such as:

🔑 A positive feeling such as joy, excitement, inspiration, confidence

🔑 You feel it in your physical body: tingles, you start to sit up straighter, better posture, more relaxed etc.

🔑 It triggers a cascade of positive thoughts: mindset shift

🔑 Your intuition is telling you it just feels right

🔑 You feel a positive energetic shift: more energised, inspired.

Then the affirmation has worked.✨️

Otherwise, something isn't aligned.🙅‍♀️

🙏Affirmations are just one way of anchoring yourself into your best and highest version of yourself.

There is SO much you can be doing energetically right now that can TRANSFORM your life...quick.

I give to my 7 month old and 2.5 year old full time all day and it is A LOT.

but, when I started to...

🤲support my nervous system

💪Maintain firm, healthy boundaries

🙏Bring awareness to my energetic field

🌿Self care practices that serve ME

🎧Listen to my own needs and WANTS & communicate them

👁Tap into my intuition and energy

👏Be a LEADER for my kids to show them the way

⭐️And actually put myself first because then my kids actually benefit more that way...

Then my whole life felt a HECK of a lot easier...

I was able to regulate myself MOST of the time with tantrums and not loose it✌️

I was able to feel energised at the end of the day rather than ready for binging netflix and bed💤😴

I felt calm🌿 within myself rather than on edge and moody

Able to open up and connect with my partner.💏

I want you to feel supported,
Your nervous system regulated,
Your boundaries firm and supportive,
To give back to yourself,
To live a life for YOU.

❗️What's actually happening is...

👉 1. Unhealed trauma: you feel unsafe subconsciously and your nervous system is trying to protect you.
For example, a new love=worry about being hurt or rejected and posting on social media= afraid of being seen.

👉 2. There's something still running in your Akashics: You had a past life where you put yourself out there as your authentic self, was visible and then you got abandoned, rejected, hurt or killed.
Now thats running energetically in your body and your nervous system is wired to protect you.

Self sabotage will slow or stop you from living your purpose and feeling FREE in your daily life.

I knew I was done with my self sabotaging behaviours because I was done punishing myself and pushing away all the incredible things the universe was trying to gift me.

I knew I was here to experience more.

Not just surviving.

Not just seeing everyone else doing and experiencing all the amazing things while I was sitting back wondering: why them and not me.

I was ready to recieve amazing opportunities, meet aligned people and experiences in MY life.
