• We are in constant contact with the Intake Officers in many aged care facilities to find a placement in a home suitable for your loved one's needs.

• Jill is a Registered Nurse, therefore fully qualified to do a nursing assessment.

• We can set up a tour of your preferred facility and accompany you to ask all the right questions that you might not think of at the time.

• We can assist with filling out forms required.

• We recommend Voyager Wealth Management for financial assistance.

• We will assist you and check in with your loved one once they move in to the home, ensuring they are settled in and happy.

• We will keep in touch for the first few months to make sure everyone is happy, satisfied and comfortable.

If you feel that we might be able to assist you, we can set up a 1-2 hour consultation where we come to you, have a cuppa and chat about all your needs. Then we can put together a plan for going forward.

Whether it is to find a suitable permanent aged care facility, secure a homecare package and home care services so they can stay at home longer, transitional places for after hospital care, or respite beds.

We will help you navigate the often confusing and time-consuming journey of finding a suitable aged care facility or securing funding to be able to stay at home longer.

​Jill: I am a Registered Nurse, passionate about aged care hence having over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

Angela: I have a background in business and customer service during many years as a Beauty Therapist and business owner.

​We both believe we are the perfect team to help you through this journey, in a down-to-earth, caring and relaxed but professional way.
