🌟 Port to Park 2025 🌟
What an awesome morning we had! 👟💨 Friendly faces everywhere, plenty of laughs, some sweaty running legs, and even a few lucky prize winners! 🎉

A huge thank you to our amazing team – Kellie, Gerard, Rodrigo, David, Carolina, Helen, Ally and Marie – who generously donated their time to raise funds for the Gladstone Women’s Health Centre 💜 and PCYC Gladstone 🙌

From 25th of August for three weeks we are lucky to have Sports Physiotherapist Mark Cassidy in our clinic again. He is a member of Sports Medicine Australia and a member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. He has extensive experience working with athletes at an elite and everyday level. He has worked as a physiotherapist at the Sydney Olympic Games and Melbourne and Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. He has a passion for rugby and, in the past, has been a physio for NSW Country, Queensland Country, Australian Women's team and currently Australian Stockmen.

Mark has a passion for helping people with complex and difficult to diagnose conditions, particularly the shoulder, lower back and persistent pain. He gets to know his clients and works with them to get them back to having fun at the sports and activities they enjoy. Back in 2011, Klaas and Esther took over Physioshop with just two amazing admin staff—Janine (still with us today!) and Sharon. Fast forward 14 years, and look at how far we’ve come!

We’re now a team of:

2 talented Remedial Massage Therapists
6 fantastic Support Staff

Last week we welcomed Physiotherapist Callan Sankey to the team of Physioshop and Physio and Fitness.
Callan is a Tannum Sands local who graduated from James Cook University in 2016 and moved up to Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands where he worked in both private practice and QLD Health. Working in a variety of areas has given him wide ranging experience including the treatment of general aches and pains, sporting injuries, cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation, post orthopaedic surgeries, on and off field sports management and much more.
He has recently moved back to the Gladstone region and is looking forward to giving back to the community he grew up in.

Outside of work Callan enjoys living an outdoor and active lifestyle including CrossFit, spear fishing, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding and golfing. He is motivated to help all of his clients achieve their goals and maintain living an active life.

Kellie offers a range of services including:

Remedial massage for muscle pain, tension, and injury recovery

Relaxation massage to reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing

Lymphatic drainage massage – a gentle technique that supports the lymphatic system, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and assist with detoxification

As Kellie is not yet registered with private health funds, we are offering special introductory rates:

$95 for a 1-hour massage

$60 for a 30-minute massage
