For the first time in my career yesterday I had the displeasure of telling a customer to leave the pharmacy due to their inappropriate behaviour. I think the fact it’s the first time is an amazing tribute to our wonderful community. To anyone who thinks they can come into our pharmacy acting aggressively, abusive and/or using foul language towards our staff, you will be asked to leave and the police will be notified. Kathryn
