Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of touch healing that promotes deep relaxation, relief of stress and anxiety, strengthened immune system, pain relief, energising the whole body while calming the mind.

My treatments are a combination of both - each bringing the body back to balance physically, energetically and emotionally.
