⚡ Service Update – Storm Outage ⚡
Unfortunately, a lightning strike from yesterday's storm has caused damage to our modem, and we’re currently without internet access until a replacement arrives.
This means HiCaps is temporarily unavailable, and we’re unable to process private health claims on the spot. In the meantime, we’re accepting cash or bank transfer for payments. Don’t worry — we’ll email you a paid invoice so you can easily claim your rebate manually with your health fund.
We know this might be a little inconvenient, but rest assured — no storm will stop us from caring for our clients! 💪🌦️
