Our Story

Sophie is the Owner operator of Sophies Hamper’s. Like most small businesses, this one was born out of necessity and grew from there. Sophie’s partner Michael was looking for someone to provide his clients with a lovely settlement gift but he struggled to find exactly what he wanted, so with a little brainstorming Sophies Hamper’s was created.

From the outset we wanted to provide the people receiving hampers with high quality products that were useful, thoughtful and provided plenty of “bang for buck”. I’m sure most people that have received a hamper in the past can relate to our thoughts of excessive packaging, generic products that are hard to find a use for and not a great deal for the money invested by the person giving the hamper.

From the humble beginning, the business has gone from strength to strength, now providing the same level of service to SEQ. The low overheads and good supplier relationships allow us to pack so much more into our hampers ensuring happy clients, demonstrated by the many 5 star reviews on our business page. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and flexibility to ensure each one of our clients receive a far more personalised experience when ordering a hamper for a loved one.
