When the right muscles stop organizing force correctly, the body shifts stress somewhere else just to complete the task. The question is not whether the body is moving. The question is where the body is displacing tension once fatigue starts increasing.

What an epic week of wins.

I’ve been blown away by the breakthroughs happening with clients and coaches inside MOVED Academy Mentoring. It’s incredible to watch what can happen when people are given the right guidance on how to breathe, move, and create meaningful physical intensity with their own bodies.

From chronic pain and movement limitations to greater confidence, awareness, and performance, these transformations continue to remind me why I do this work.

There’s something powerful about giving the body the right stimulus and allowing it to do what it was designed to do: adapt, heal, and grow.

People walk into the gym with different intentions safety in movement, building confidence, or improving performance. But before strength shows up, the body has to feel safe. Without that, hesitation takes over, especially in foundational lifts like the barbell deadlift.🏋🏻‍♂️

Controlled exposure is what builds trust in the system, reduces fear, and allows strength and performance to develop without force.💪🔥

Keep it simple ran a lap did chest to bar pull ups 80-90% effort. Add a 20min clock and just go. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. The run was roughly 320m.
