Exciting news! 🎉 I am now a qualified Baby Yoga Instructor through Blossom and Berry. This qualification, alongside my Paediatric Massage Consultant certification, means I can offer families an even more holistic approach to baby wellness in those early months.
New classes are coming after Easter incorporating baby massage, yoga, sensory play and nursery rhymes, with some gentle stretches for parents too — more details soon! 💜🐻🌿

I’m passionate about supporting rural and regional families and offer home consults in the Canberra - Goulburn - Braidwood and surrounding rural areas, as well as online consultations for families anywhere in Australia.

Join me to learn how to safely and effectively massage your baby helping to ease tummy discomfort, support muscle relaxation, improve sleep, and enhance mood and bonding.
