A lovely testimony from another parent.💖🧘🏼♀️
My 6yo daughter, started yoga as an after school activity last year, and the impact has been far greater than we expected. We’ve noticed such a positive shift in her mood and emotional responses she seems calmer, more aware, and better able to manage big feelings.
She absolutely loves going each week and often talks about how yoga makes her feel “calm and happy.” She proudly teaches her little sister (and even us!) what she’s learned at home. “Rainbow breathing” has become a regular tool in our house whenever someone feels frustrated and it genuinely works.
Yoga has given her more than movement, it’s given her confidence, emotional tools, and something special she loves to share with all of us. As a parent, watching her use these skills in everyday moments has been amazing.
