Have you done your breast self-check this month?🎀

Knowing your normal helps you spot changes early, and early detection could save your life. 💗

Some symptoms to look out for¹:
• A lump or swelling in your breast or underarm
• Changes in shape or size
• Skin dimpling or irritation
• Unusual or ongoing breast pain
• An indent

Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits, and up to your collarbone. If something doesn’t feel right, , chat with your Pharmacist. Most changes aren’t cancer, but it’s always best to check.
