Grounded You was born from my own journey back to myself. I truly believe deep roots grow strong trees — and when we feel grounded, we can weather any season. 🌿

Specialising in grief & loss, mindfulness, and family and relationship support, I felt called to create a safe space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported — a space where your emotions are welcomed, not rushed.

It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.

She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.

But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.

Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.

The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,

Divine god source of unconditional love and light and angels for my souls highest good.
I know invite in your divine intervention and presence to bridge all energies in my field, my home and around my loved ones to the light through divine assistance now. Please sever all chords connecting to me that no longer serve me and transmute them with miracle healing and send all of my power and energy blessed back to me now.

I do not allow any energies to be in my field that do not serve me or in my home.
I send all thought forms, projections, negativity and doubt to the light with unconditional love to be transmuted by source for the highest good of all.
I pray you replace all of the negative in my life with divine guidance faith hope joy and positive thoughts, I ask Mother Earth to ground all excess energies from my field with love now amen so be it it is done 😙 🌈💕🦋⭐️🍀🙏🌼🌞🥰🧚🎉🎊🙌🎊👼👼👼
