I have officially agreed to do something very serious… and slightly ridiculous.

On 29th March I will be participating in the 20 Hour Silence Challenge for 20Talk at Claremont Showgrounds.

Let me repeat that…

20 hours.
No talking.
No phone.
Just silence.

Now if you know me at all…
you’ll understand why this is both hilarious and terrifying.

But the reason behind it is incredibly important.

The challenge raises funds to support youth mental health programs, helping young people learn tools to manage their mental health before things reach crisis point.

Each participant has committed to raising $1000, and I’m reaching out to my community to help me get there.

Here’s my simple ask:
Up to today… we have raised $414 so far…..
If 30 people donate $20, we hit my goal of $1000.

If you can give more, amazing.
If you can only give a little, that matters too.

Every dollar goes toward helping young people feel seen, supported and heard.

And as a small thank-you…
