Hey guys! Hope everyone is well sorry ive been a bit mia of late its been busy between being a mumma and working but I wanted to hope on and say I have been doing some secret squiral business and now can finally let it out that I am doing my first market on the 7th at Thorneside!

Did you know animals also get the benefits of bowen therapy?

Quite often an animal will either come lay down underneath the table or in this case, on you as you are recieving bowen. They can get the vibrational energy around and also feel better after you have had a bowen session!

If you have an animal that could benefit from being around the higher healing vibrations then it might be beneficial to book in for a bowen session yourself!

Effective immediately FBAS will shut down temporarily, as i work through some things.

It wasnt an easy thing to decide on but with a heavy heart i write this. I have loved every minute of being apart of the family in the Balanced wellness studio however i am not able to continue as it is just getting too much and im losing to many precious moments with my beautiful girl travelling 3hrs a day to get to the studio.

So to those in north brisbane that have supported me i love you and i appreciate you and i know of an AMAZING bowen therapist that i can point you in the direction of.

To all my Logan followers i am partially back, once i get everything on track and i am operating again i will let you know!

Thank you for your ongoing support! Its not a goodbye but simply a see you soon!

Merry Christmas Everyone sorry it is late I have had some much needed time at home with the little CEO, Hope you all had some much needed time off and i appreciate the love and support you have all shown in the last couple of months of me opening and moving this business from logan to brendale!

It has been quite a journey and too all my new and old followers i love all of you! As you are here reading this you have taken the first step in prioritising you!

I have some exciting new things planned for 2024 and if you plan on prioritising you in the new year stay tuned!
