This class is perfect for beginners, those returning to movement after injury, managing stiffness or limited mobility, or anyone looking for a slower, supportive way to stretch and strengthen the body.
Guided by qualified yoga teacher Lauren from My Yoga My Way, each session focuses on improving flexibility, balance, posture, and circulation through mindful movement and breathwork. You’ll also enjoy moments of relaxation to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
