13 years ago I was severely struggling with my mental health and my mindset.

My mind was consumed with negative thought patterns and constant complaints. I felt hard done by, lost and I only focused on all of the hard things in my life, because that is all I could see. I was completely overwhelmed ๐Ÿ˜–

My physical health soon followed and I was barely making it to work. I tried medications and numerous therapists and counselors but I wasnโ€™t improving.

It was in my darkest days that I realised that I was the only one that was going to be able help me and that things needed to change ASAP.

Manifesting was the catalyst for me to be able to create real positive change in my mindset.

It taught me how your thoughts and beliefs directly impact and create your life. It taught me the importance of gratitude and positive affirmations to start re-wiring my brain to find all of the positives in my life.

Gradually with lots and lots of practice, everything didnโ€™t feel so hard anymore. I found myself counting my blessings out of habit, I regained my physical health, I found myself talking kinder about myself, I no longer focused on everything I didnโ€™t want to experience and started to focus on everything I was thankful for and visualized all of the positive things I wanted to see more of in my life. I began to create a life that made me feel real joy.

Manifesting and gratitude was completely life changing for me and since then, has continued to be the most impactful and practical tools to support me with my mental health.

Because these tools were so powerful for my own healing journey, I wanted to create a tool for you that made them simple and easy to implement into your daily routine.

I have never been able to find a daily journal that included everything I was looking for, so I decided to make my own โ˜บ๏ธ

You can feel stressed and grateful at the same time.

For the longest time I always felt like I had to shut out my โ€˜negativeโ€™ or โ€˜badโ€™ emotions and feelings in order to replace them with positive ones.

The older I get the more I realise how delusional that is.

Both can exist simultaneously. Life has so many things going on at once, it makes sense that we would feel multiple feelings at once, sometimes simultaneously.

So if you need to hear this today, itโ€™s okay to feel:

๐ŸคŽ Grief AND gratitude
๐ŸคŽ Sadness AND hope
๐ŸคŽ Anger AND relief
๐ŸคŽ Pain AND love
๐ŸคŽ Anxiety AND determination

I know how overwhelming life can get, with endless responsibilities and constant demands. It's easy to feel disconnected from yourself, burnt out, and utterly exhausted. If this resonates with you, know that youโ€™re not alone, and itโ€™s completely okay to feel this way.

In the midst of all this chaos, taking time out for yourself is not just a luxuryโ€”itโ€™s a necessity. Daily rituals can be a powerful way to reconnect with your inner self, find peace, and restore your energy. These moments of stillness and reflection are essential for your wellbeing.

THE FIVE GIFTS OF HATHOR

It is said that the Ancient Egyptians followed a practice called the Five Gifts of Hathor, which allowed them to find gratitude in their daily life.

Hathor was the goddess of love, beauty, music, dancing, fertility and pleasure. She was said to be a protector of women and was seen as the sustainer of all life; bringing joy, abundance and meaning to all who worshipped her.

The Five Gifts of Hathor included finding one thing to be grateful for, for each finger on your hand. A constant reminder that through all of lifeโ€™s ups and downs, that there was always something to be grateful for and for that energy to be embodied.
