Every Friday from 9am to 1pm, we host a welcoming and engaging program filled with activities, gentle exercise, therapy groups, local outings, and community events, designed to encourage connection and positive ageing.

This program also gives caregivers a well-deserved break, with the peace of mind that your loved one is supported by our compassionate community support workers. Each day includes a delicious home-cooked meal and activities tailored to individual interests.

We're collecting for the "it's in the bag" 🎒 foundation to help make Christmas 🎄 brighter for women and girls in a domestic violence refuge.
We've created our own grab bag you can purchase or you can purchase your own items to donate. But hurry, we only have until Saturday to collect donations.
And as we know domestic violence doesn't discriminate, we will also accept donations for men and boys who are in DV situations and staying in refuge.
