RCSS Recovery Coaches support people with psychosocial disability to increase their independence, social participation, and economic participation. Participants are supported to take more control of their lives and to better manage the complex challenges of daily living. Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, Recovery Coaches will support participants to build capacity, including strengths and resilience. Recovery Coaches will work collaboratively with people, their families, carers, and other services to design, plan, implement and review a recovery plan. Support Services
RCSS provides varying levels of in-home services to give you the support and confidence to stay independent. We work with you and your identified informal or formal supports to develop Individualised Care and Support plans that caters to your individual strengths and support to reach and surpass your goals. In home support services are ideal for individuals looking for assistance with daily tasks and participating in your community,
right up to building confidence to explore new skills and activities. Whatever your goals are, RCSS can support you to reach them with a tailored and individual approach to supports and case management. With RCSS you are not just a number, we work with you to identify and cater to your individual needs.
