I’m so excited to announce my new location for Shiloh Within Counselling at 4/411 Mount Barker Road, Bridgewater SA 5155!

I now have the capacity to see people face-to-face on Mondays 9.00am to 8.30pm and Tuesdays 9.00am to 3.30pm. I will still be offering Telehealth sessions on these days, and exclusively on Wednesdays 9.00am to 2.30pm.

I will upload pictures of the new space once it is set up this Friday.

I return to work with my amazing clients on Monday 13th January and can’t wait to provide my services and support to more and more people during 2025 and beyond.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping is a scientifically backed technique I incorporate into my counselling practice to help you with your emotional and physical wellbeing.

The results are often fast and bring a huge sense of relief and calm to the one receiving the treatment.

It’s non-invasive. You tap on yourself as you follow along with the techniques. There is time to talk, but you don’t have to share your story if you would prefer not to.

The techniques can be used just as effectively over the telephone or video call as in person, making it as convenient as possible for you.
