Keen on Yoga
I have been teaching yoga now for over 10 years while practicing for over 15 and loving it. In my early days it was all about the physical for me, but I soon became hooked when I started to see, or rather feel the change it brought to my mental wellbeing. At that time I was working in a fast pace advertising business in Sydney and I lead some very unhealthy lifestyle choices. While I was having fun I was also using it to mask and hide my emotional pain.
I love my journey in yoga and what it has taught me and seeing how much I have changed and grown with it. I love all things Yoga, from the self inquiry and study of its philosophy to every style and approach to understanding movement in the body. Yoga has help me heal injuries and change my perceptions of the world and I am so grateful for that.
I now have the privilege of teaching it and am excited watching yoga transform my students and humbled by how much my students teach me.
