If you’ve found us in the N.E. of Victoria, then you have stumbled upon a little small business in the big spacious mountains.

Simply fired up by two humans
Slowly growing into the landscape
Sharing our sauna offerings in nature
Humbling humans by heat and holding them in water

Becoming known by those who have come and shared the word.

A genuine unfolding of local love to bask and soak in the High Country together.

What a weekend where our Juniper sauna met Lake Catani for the first time.

Crisp air, bird songs and fresh water all around.

A massive thank you to everyone for meandering up the big Mount Buffalo for a wood fired sauna and cold lake plunge!

This offering marked the end of our sauna season for 2025 which felt special and memorable. Your enthusiasm for our nature saunas brings us immense gratitude.

The Mount Buffalo Parks team were a dream to work with to make this possible! Thank you for having us!

As another one of our sauna seasons comes to a soft close…

We thank you, our regular and “trying something new”type of sauna guests who made the cold Victorian season possible as we navigate our wellness offerings.

Each of you chose to sweat and plunge with us—rain or shine—and that means a whole lot!

Although YOU have done the most by showing up for yourself and taking on the challenge of contrast therapy for the all the wholesome feelings.

We could not have done it all without our amazing team of gals to help sweat facilitate in two locations this year 👐🏼
