                                            Watching Charles Krebs explain information medicine reminded me how wide our toolbox can be when curiosity leads the way.
In this clip he talks about embedding frequency information into a small chip and how - when the body needs that information, it can reset commissural pathways and help restore brain integration almost instantly. I found his description both scientific and a little bit like magic: a ‘debug’ for the nervous system that lets a muscle or pathway come back online.
If you’re curious about gentle, non-invasive ways to support brain timing and function, this is a fascinating watch. Charles was my mentor long before I taught these approaches, and his work continues to inspire how I teach Brain Integration.
