We provide expert Physio, massage and exercise rehabilitation classes. At our Brighton clinic, we’ll get you back on your feet, back to work, back playing sport or back doing what you love quickly. Our Physiotherapists treat all musculoskeletal, sport and work-related injuries. Our one-hour exercise rehabilitation classes are designed and run by qualified and experienced Physiotherapists. They include safe and challenging Clinical Pilates exercises using reformer beds and suspension exercises using Redcord. Health insurance rebates are available.

We're delighted to introduce you to our newest team member - Cillian Quirke.

Cillian has always dreamed of being a physiotherapist. With a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Cillian has considerable experience delivering physiotherapy rehabilitation programs to help patients with respiratory illness.

He has also worked with stroke, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron Disease, and head injury patients. Cillian is an experienced musculoskeletal Physio and is also trained to teach exercise rehab classes.
