I have been rather quiet for months as I put most of my energy into completing my Speech Pathology degree. It has been a long journey and i did it!

A piece to the puzzle - what are the other pieces? As an orofacial myofunctional therapist and a CranioSacral therapist, I will you a more holistic approach to therapy.

We have to recognize that tongue-tie is only one aspect of the problem.

The goal is to understand that tongue-tie is a piece of the puzzle and different elements need to be considered to help patients in each and every stage!

NAVIGATING OVERWHELM

At first, it is only a flutter in your chest as you look down at your to-do list.
