Burnout in women is rising.
Especially among working women, mothers, and women in business.
For many women, it doesn’t happen overnight.
It builds slowly.
Running on adrenaline.
Holding too much.
Too much giving.
Never creating enough white space for the nervous system to reset.
I know this experience well.
Ten years ago I experienced burnout for the first time.
And again during COVID.
Then I had a baby that didn’t sleep through the night for 3 years.
Not because I wasn’t capable.
Not because I didn’t care about my wellbeing.
But because I had been living in constant overdrive.
That’s why I created Autumn Reset — an 8-week weekly home retreat designed to help women step out of survival mode and back into calm, grounded energy.
Because burnout doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It usually means you’ve been “on” for too long without support or boundaries.
