Burnout in women is rising.

Especially among working women, mothers, and women in business.

For many women, it doesn’t happen overnight.

It builds slowly.

Running on adrenaline.
Holding too much.
Too much giving.
Never creating enough white space for the nervous system to reset.

I know this experience well.

Ten years ago I experienced burnout for the first time.
And again during COVID.
Then I had a baby that didn’t sleep through the night for 3 years.

Not because I wasn’t capable.
Not because I didn’t care about my wellbeing.

But because I had been living in constant overdrive.

That’s why I created Autumn Reset — an 8-week weekly home retreat designed to help women step out of survival mode and back into calm, grounded energy.

Because burnout doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It usually means you’ve been “on” for too long without support or boundaries.

In nature, the leaves fall. The air cools. The pace softens.

This is exactly why I created the Autumn Reset Retreat.

Part of my mission is helping reduce depletion and burnout in working women and mothers. Not through doing more, but through something most of us are missing… white space.

I remember feeling depleted in a way sleep or a holiday couldn’t fix.
Brain fog. Insomnia. Emotional waves. Hormonal imbalance
And this constant sense that I couldn’t truly switch off — even when I was “resting.”

Then it happened again during COVID.

Not because I wasn’t capable.

I am running on so much electricity inside me to finally share something dear to my heart: seasonal online reset home retreats, starting with Autumn.

My mission is to reduce depletion and burnout in working women and mothers who hold their families, work or business, and everyone else together, often at the expense of themselves.

Autumn is the season of letting go. In TCM it is a time to release what is heavy, strengthen boundaries, and come back to what matters. This retreat is built for that.

The Autumn Reset is an 8-week online home retreat.

Classes are held on Sunday nights, this is intentional: you reset before the week, with fewer excuses to skip and more consistency that actually sticks.

Inside each week:
• nervous system regulation
• restorative movements
• guided meditation and reflection
• simple seasonal rituals and energy clearing

Motherhood reshaped me in ways I’m still integrating, but I can feel the postpartum depletion chapter closing and a new version of me emerging.

March feels like a recalibration point.

After the momentum of the new year, this month asks us to pause, refine and realign before moving forward. With a Total Lunar Eclipse, a deeply intuitive Pisces New Moon, and the Autumn Equinox here in Australia, the energy is less about expansion and more about sustainability.

If something in your life feels heavy, chaotic or draining, it’s not a sign to push harder — it’s a sign to adjust.

Autumn reminds us that letting go is not loss. It’s preparation.
Preparation for deeper growth, clearer priorities, and a life that supports your wellbeing rather than depletes it.
