Last week didn’t go to plan.

After time off, I was ready to go. Clear. Focused. Motivated.
Then a virus came in and stopped everything.

Old patterns would have pushed through.
This time, I didn’t.

I rested. I slowed down. I supported my body properly.

And it reminded me of something important:
You can’t override your body forever.
At some point, it will ask you to listen.

For me, this was a reset.
Not one I chose. But one I needed.

If you’re feeling run down right now, you’re not alone. There’s a lot going around.

Take this as your permission to pause.
To strip things back.
To support yourself properly.

The more you trust the process, the more your body can do what it’s designed to do.

I’m easing back into clinic this week and looking forward to supporting you again.
