⭐How to prevent foot injuries

1. Choose proper footwear: Wear shoes that fit well and provide adequate support for your feet. Choose shoes with cushioning, arch support, and a wide toe box. Avoid high heels and shoes that are too tight or too loose.

2. Gradual training and warm-up: If you engage in physical activities or sports that involve your feet, such as running or hiking, it's important to start slowly and gradually increase intensity and duration. Always warm up before exercising to prepare your muscles and improve circulation.

3. Strengthen your feet: Perform foot-strengthening exercises to improve the stability and flexibility of your feet. Exercises like toe curls, toe spreads, and calf raises can help strengthen the muscles and connective tissues in your feet.

Big congratulations to our physio Shiv for being selected as a state team physio for the 2025 Australian Gymnastics Championships in the Gold Coast! 🤸🏽‍♂️

We are also thrilled to celebrate one of Shiv's patients, Joshua, for being named to the Victorian state team! This reunion is extra special as Shiv coached Josh over a decade ago where they had success during his junior years, and now they're teaming up again on the national stage.

We're so proud of both Shiv and Josh and can't wait to see them in action as they support Team Vic in taking on the nations' best.
