USE IT OR LOSE IT! ⏳ Don't let your Private Health Insurance extras reset before you get the care you deserve.

Did you know that most private health insurance policies reset their annual limits for extras benefits (like Physio, Osteo, Myotherapy, etc.) at the end of the calendar year?

That means if you have remaining appointments, services, or allowances left, they disappear when the clock strikes midnight on December 31st! 🤯

Don't leave your hard-earned money on the table—it's time to invest those remaining funds back into your health!

What to Book Now:

✅ That final treatment session you've been putting off.

✅ A comprehensive check-up for an old injury.

✅ A new round of sessions to finally tackle that chronic issue.

Ready to maximize your benefits? Our schedule is filling up fast as the end of the year approaches!

TAP THE LINK IN OUR BIO to secure your appointment today. Let's make the most of your health fund before it's too late!

Is your mind affecting your body? 🤔

Our thoughts and emotions aren't just 'in our heads'—they have a real, measurable impact on our physical well-being, especially when it comes to pain.

When you're constantly stressed, anxious, or holding onto negative feelings, your nervous system can become heightened, sometimes making chronic pain feel much worse. This isn't just theory; it's the science of how your brain and body communicate!

Here are three simple ways to nurture your mind-body connection:

🔷Mindfulness: Take 5 minutes today to just breathe and notice your surroundings. This can help downshift your nervous system.

🔷Gentle Movement: Stretching or a light walk releases endorphins and reduces stress hormones.

🔷Positive Re-framing: Challenge a negative thought about your pain. What's one positive thing you can do today?

Remember, treating pain is about treating the whole you. Take care of your mind, and your body will thank you. ❤️

Brighton locals, it's time to move!

Is there a better motivation to move than this view? Living in Brighton means having immediate access to one of the city's best outdoor gyms—the beach! 🏖️
The access we have to this beautiful coastline is one of the best ways to keep active as we head into summer.

Forget the gym for a day and get your wellness fix outdoors! Here are a few ways to soak up the sun and stay active right here in Brighton:

🚶‍♀️ Coastal Walks: Take a long stroll or power walk along the Bayside Coastal Trail from the Brighton Bathing Boxes towards St Kilda or Sandringham. Incredible views are a bonus!

🚴 Cycling the Esplanade: The foreshore path is perfect for a scenic bike ride.

🏊 Sea Swimming/Wading: The water is calling! Whether it's laps at the Middle Brighton Baths or a quick, refreshing dip at Dendy Street Beach.

🧘 Outdoor Yoga/Stretching: Grab a mat and find a patch of grass at Green Point for a sunset stretch session.

Get moving, feel good, and enjoy the active lifestyle Brighton offers!
If any aches and pains are holding you back from your summer fun, our team is here to help you get beach-ready and pain-free. Book your session today!
