In addition to our small group coaching and personal training session you can join us for:
🔥 Rapid (HIIT) – Mondays at 6pm
🥊 Boxing – Thursdays at 6:30pm
💪 Saturday Special Classes – Saturdays at 8am
Our Rapid & Saturday Special classes are fast paced, high intensity strength and conditioning work outs; think barbells, dumbbells, dead balls, running and cardio machines. A great way to build your strength, power and cardiovascular fitness, in a fun, community driven environment 👌🏻
Our Boxing classes aren't you're usual boxing class, here we're focused on teaching you the skills of boxing; punching combos, footwork and positioning, as well as getting your heart rate up and improving your strength and fitness 💥
Our coaches are on hand to help you adapt the work out to your level so don't be afraid that you're not "fit enough" we'll make it work for you and the level that you're at 🤗
