Mums & Bubs Small Group Training 🤍
Our Mums & Bubs Small Group Training at The MVMT Studio is designed to help you move, rebuild strength and feel like you again — all while having your little one by your side.
We currently have availability on Mondays at 12:30pm.
Each mum receives her own tailored training program, so even though you’re in a small group, your training is designed specifically for you and your body. A coach is there the entire time to guide you, adjust exercises when needed, and make sure you’re moving safely and effectively.
The best part?
The studio is dedicated just to our Mums & Bubs group during this session, so it’s a relaxed, supportive space where babies are always welcome.
