In addition to our small group coaching and personal training session you can join us for:

🔥 Rapid (HIIT) – Mondays at 6pm

🥊 Boxing – Thursdays at 6:30pm

💪 Saturday Special Classes – Saturdays at 8am

Our Rapid & Saturday Special classes are fast paced, high intensity strength and conditioning work outs; think barbells, dumbbells, dead balls, running and cardio machines. A great way to build your strength, power and cardiovascular fitness, in a fun, community driven environment 👌🏻

Our Boxing classes aren't you're usual boxing class, here we're focused on teaching you the skills of boxing; punching combos, footwork and positioning, as well as getting your heart rate up and improving your strength and fitness 💥

Our coaches are on hand to help you adapt the work out to your level so don't be afraid that you're not "fit enough" we'll make it work for you and the level that you're at 🤗

The Sunday Reset 🫡

Sundays are our chosen day of rest at the MVMT Studio, because we know that rest and recovery are a super important feature in a well rounded training plan, as well as a program specific to your needs and goals.

This time away from training can still be utilised towards your health and fitness goals 🤩

• A walk outdoors is a great way to keep movement in your day without the lifting weights or doing higher intensity cardio, not to mention how great being outside in nature is for our mental well-being 🌊

• An afternoon of meal prepping for the week ahead. Red Thai Curry is a fantastic (and very easy) meal for getting lots of protein and micronutrients into your day 🥬

• We couldn't forget our lovely friends who are open on Sundays if you want to take your recovery to another level, we're a big fan of the infrared sauna! 🔥

Have a beautiful Sunday and we shall see you on Monday to do it all again 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

It's no secret that exercise is good for us and here at the MVMT studio we support you to stay strong, mobile and fit.

We LOVE to see you guys setting the example for your little ones, letting them see what it looks like to prioritise your physical and mental health, so you can show up not only for yourself but for those around you. And, inspire the next generation to be strong and capable!

We're so proud to offer our weekly 'Mums & Bubs' classes where you can bring your little one along and set that example early on 😍

Our clients are getting fitter, faster, and stronger — and it’s no accident.

Every 6–8 weeks at The MVMT Studio, we run The Challenge — a benchmark workout designed to track progress in strength, cardio, and overall fitness. It’s 11 exercises (8 strength + 3 cardio), with a Hyrox-style format where you race the clock and aim to complete 3 full rounds.

Today, every single person who took it on smashed their previous time. 💥
The secret? No shortcuts — just consistency, hard work, and smart training.

They’re showing up each week, sticking to their training days, and trusting the process — and it’s paying off big time. Proud is an understatement. 🙌
