What a NIGHT ✨

Our MVMT Studio end-of-year party was everything - warm summer air, incredible energy, big laughs and even bigger smiles. Being surrounded by this community, celebrating a year of hard work, growth, sweat and commitment, honestly fills my cup so much.

Thank you to every single person who shows up, supports each other, and makes The MVMT Studio what it is. This place is more than training - it’s connection, consistency, friendships and a whole lot of fun.

So grateful, so proud, and so excited for what’s ahead 🥂

Client of the Month: Shayne 💪✨

From Pilates to power moves - Shayne has completely transformed her training game!

Since starting strength training, she’s not only changed her body composition but also built incredible strength, confidence, and energy. 🔥

Shayne trains with a mix of our Small Group Training, 2:1 sessions with Ryan, and is a regular at our Saturday Special class. Her consistency and focus have made such a noticeable difference - she’s stronger, leaner, and performing better every week.

She’s been hitting some serious personal bests lately too - deadlifting more than her bodyweight, hip thrusting 100kg, and recently pressing 12.5kg dumbbells for 6 solid reps. 💥

We’re so proud of your hard work, Shayne. It’s been amazing to see your progress and how much you’re owning your training each week. 👏
