We are offering group art therapy sessions as of late January 2023. if your interested in giving it a go, please contact us. Groups can run with 3-12 people, and each session will be 2 hours long. $30 per person, price includes all art materials.

This week is Perinatal Depression and Anxiety Awareness week. Feeling down, frustrated or scared is perfectly normal. However when we struggle more, it can start to impact your self-care, your confidence to care for your child or your ability to engage in normal social or work commitments.
