Male Support Worker Opportunity southern suburb in the City of Brisbane, for regular Friday Day shift

Viv's Care is seeking a male support worker who is respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. We are looking for someone who can offer consistent help, emotional understanding, and encouragement.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and qualified, with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour. He should be easy to talk to, a patient listener, and an excellent communicator who brings warmth and reliability to the role.

Trustworthiness, punctuality, empathy, and honesty are essential qualities. We value someone who will be fully attentive — not distracted by their phone — and provide both physical and emotional support for our participant, who is genuinely supportive and invested in building a strong, respectful working relationship.
