🖐🏼ways to START start improving your health TODAY

👆🏼For your next meal,start by adding a fruit or veggie that you wouldn’t normally eat

✌🏼consciously makes an effort to drink more water ✌🏼big glasses by 8am 10am 12pm 2pm and 5pm
Or easy suits your daily schedule
Just do it 💦

👆🏼✌🏼consciously make an effort to get more steps in
Take a longer route
Take the stairs over the elevator
Walk up and down esculators
Anything 👣

✌🏼✌🏼admire at least 3 things about yourself today
It doesn’t have to be physical
It can be I handled that situation really well just then

AND last but MOST importantly

🖐🏼stop looking for reasons why you CANT and start seeing the reasons why you SHOULD 💯

This is Donna and this is her story:

“Let me tell you a bit about why I ❤️ Biocell 🌿

I’m a mother, grandmother, wife and I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 44 years.

In 2017 I bit the bullet and retired from a job I loved.

WHY???
I was almost 61 at the time......
