Hiring experienced Support Coordinators, can be remote, but will need to attend office at least one day per week. $70 per hour starting rate.
Key Responsibilities
Plan Implementation: Assist participants in understanding their NDIS plans and ensure the effective implementation of these plans to achieve their goals.
Service Coordination: Connect participants with appropriate support services, manage and coordinate the delivery of services, and monitor the effectiveness of these supports.
Capacity Building: Help participants build their capacity to navigate the NDIS, make informed decisions, and develop skills for greater independence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with participants, their families, and various stakeholder to foster collaboration and address any challenges that may arise.
Budget Management: Manage participant budgets, ensuring that services are delivered within the allocated funding and that financial records are maintained accurately.
Reporting and Compliance: Prepare necessary documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reporting.
IT Proficiency: Familiarity with IT systems and databases related to NDIS, including PACE and CRM’s and NDIS, is often necessary.
Commitment to Inclusion: A strong commitment to the values of inclusion and respect for the rights of individuals with disabilities.
You must have a insured vehicle, Blue card, Worker screening card and first aid, cpr, your own tablet or laptop.
You must be willing to come into the office and do admin work once a week.
