Hi All,
We wanted to let you know that due to the wet weather forecast for tomorrow, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the End of Month BBQ.
We explored other options, including using an event space, but travel would still be a risk, and unfortunately, cooking wouldn’t be possible there either.
Given all that, we felt it was best to cancel rather than risk anyone’s safety or have people make the trip for an event that may not run as planned.
We sincerely apologise for the last-minute change — we were really looking forward to catching up with everyone, but we want to be considerate of both the weather and everyone’s safety.
The good news is that we’re already planning a better end-of-year celebration in the 3rd week of November!
We’ll use a location that's a bit more central— so that it’s easier for everyone to join. We’ll also explore other days and times to make sure it works better for more people.
Thank you for your understanding, and we truly appreciate your flexibility. We’ll share more details about the end-of-year BBQ very soon!
