PSA - breathe, connect, engage, relax, move on 🫶
Your pelvic floor, prolapse and bladder symptoms aren’t always about weakness, sometimes it tense, sometimes it doesn’t coordinate well with your breath or movement, sometimes you may be disconnected from your body and pelvis for many reasons and it quietly asks for attention until it screams to be heard.
Start by connecting to your body, your breath and your way of moving through the world.
And always ALWAYS use a squatty potty to go to the bathroom 🚽
