Hi Everyone,
Just a heads up regarding the parking situation as I've had a few people parked in recently.

Afternoon classes kick off at the gym from 430pm. If you have an appointment booked from 4pm, it's best to stay as close to the fence line as possible (near my car) to avoid being parked in.

We are not permitted to use the All Kind Joinery car park whilst they are operational during the day. However, from 4pm and on most Saturdays, parking is available in their spaces just before the bridge.

Now stocking the amazing Heat Packs by Wheat Bags Australia!

The Neck Wrap and Lumbar Wrap products come with an elastic/velcro band to attach the pack to the body - brilliant!
