✨ Three Simple Ways to Help Manage Pelvic Pain ✨
Do you live with endometriosis or other causes of pelvic pain? Here are three quick, feel-good tips you can sprinkle into your day that might make a big difference 💛
1️⃣ Enjoy a warm drink – something comforting that works for you (my go-to is coffee, but choose what feels best for your body).
2️⃣ Dance it out – 5–10 minutes of moving to your favorite music. Research shows dancing boosts both physical and mental health. Personally, I love Persian dancing in the mornings – but any music that makes you smile works! 🎶
3️⃣ Take a rest break – lying down for 10–20 minutes can help calm your nervous system and give your body the pause it needs.
