“Being a support worker is the best, most rewarding job I’ve ever had. After 20+ years in aged care, I needed a new challenge, and support work has given me just that and more ! I strive to make everyday for my participants ‘ “ the best it can be”. Whether it be facing and overcoming a fear together, going on an adventure, learning a new skill, trying a new food, the possibilities are endless. I encourage the participants to reach for the stars 🌟 and they do !
