MindBody Balance Fitness is Back! 🎉

Hey friends! After a little break, I’m super excited to let you know that MindBody Balance Fitness is up and running again! 💪

I’m Jamie, your go-to health and wellness coach. I recently made the move from Tassie to QLD and am now almost a qualified nutritionist, alongside my fitness coaching. I’m here to help you feel amazing, no matter how busy life gets!

I offer coaching through a super easy app, so you can work out and get all your resources from home. Plus, you’ll have 24/7 support from me (I know how crazy life with a toddler can get!). Whether it's fitting in a quick workout or getting some meal ideas, I’ve got your back.

I’m also on the lookout for a spot (indoor or outdoor) in Laidley/Regency Downs to run a weekly boot camp, ideally somewhere parents can bring their little ones too. If you know of any places, let me know!
