What a year! ✨️
I have gone from having 1 sound meditation a month to 4!

This is the original gangster my monthly Sound Healing Meditation at Christ Church Milton.

All my other events are incredible but this is super sacred. It is held in my family church, which has the power of my lineage, has the power of the love of my family embedded in the walls.

I was baptized here, my parents were married here, my grandparents were married here and as were my great-grandparents.
My beautiful uncle was the organist my grandfather was the church warden and we all sang in the church choir.

To have come full circle to hold my offerings here is something that I cannot even express in words how much it means to me.

With tears welling in my throat I invite you to my last sound meditation for 2025.

Let's say goodbye to the year of the snake shed all of the skin and energy that we no longer require and step into the new year retuned, revitalized and refreshed. 💜
