For years, I treated pain as something to fix, something that meant I was broken.
But through yoga therapy, I realised pain is often the body’s way of asking for attention, awareness, and compassion.
When we shift from fighting our pain to listening to it, we step into a completely new kind of healing , one that’s empowering and lasting.
