This morning, whilst reading an oracle card, a particular sentence leapt off the page and struck me as profound. I felt a pull to share it with you here, hoping it may resonate with you and provide perspective.

"Every darkness leads me to a greater light"

(big breath) This gave me hope. That there's meaning and purpose to what I am experiencing right now. That it is not permanent. That I am a sum of all my parts; the light, the dark, the fun, the sad, the boring, and the adventurous. Everything is a gift and is all part of a magic tapestry that weaves me into wholeness.

This little glimmer, this slight perspective change can make all the difference in how we go about experiencing our day(s).

//TOTALLY IN LOVE//

I have to say that I am completely enamoured with tuning forks and tuning fork therapy.

Each time I use them I know without a doubt they are doing something amazing. I don’t even feel the need to know exactly what is happening.

When my client is in front of me, and the forks are in my hands there is a sense of purpose and calm that takes over. To be honest I feel more like the puppet than the puppeteer. I feel like am a channel that the healing is being transmitted through.

I experience this feeling of total trust and faith in however I move, wherever I focus, and whichever forks I use, it is the perfect synergy required for a powerful healing to occur for that person.

This deep knowing within me and a resounding yes for the benefits of these frequencies in the moment of a session really feels empowering.

For those of you who have not experienced Tuning Fork Therapy before I encourage you to give it a try. Feel free to book with me or any other practitioner you feel drawn to. At the very least you will experience deep relaxation – and to be honest, who doesn’t need that?

//WHAT IS COHERENCE//

Simply put coherence is harmony.

Imagine being in total harmony with your body, mind, and your soul and what this could mean to how you navigate and experience your life.

As we ride the rollercoaster we call life, there are many ups and downs, distortions of reality, difficult times and so forth, and we react to this.

In Homeopathy, we talk about it in the language of our vital force being disturbed by an external or internal cause that triggers a response. These symptoms are messages or indications of what is out of balance and aim to incite a response to return you to balance or equilibrium.

In other spiritual practices, we may refer to it as being in or out of alignment with who you truly are. Or perhaps you are familiar with the language of having corrupted beliefs or believing an illusion.

Either way, there is the innate knowing that when we are experiencing incoherence, we need to find a way back to coherence.

And when we are in a state of coherence there is unity, a sense of peace, and ultimately a deep knowing and wisdom that steadies your life.
