Less is often more.

This gentle breathing lesson from the Feldenkrais Method shows how small, mindful movements and awareness can help the breath become freer and more natural. As breathing settles, the nervous system often follows—shifting toward a calmer, more parasympathetic state that supports rest, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

The lesson is guided by David Zemach-Bersin, who studied directly with Moshe Feldenkrais and taught for decades in New York. It is a beautiful example of how gentle awareness-based practices can create meaningful change without force or strain.

This kind of work can be a lovely complement to hands-on therapies—or simply a supportive way to care for yourself at home after a long day.
