Namaste from my heart to your heart.

My name if Michelle Cowley and I started my journey with Usui Reiki 19 years ago. Since then it has been a beautiful soul journey of learning, understanding and always growing. I have a range of various healing tools such as being a Heart Resonance Practitioner, having completed a Soul Guidance and Soul Mentoring year with Alana Fairchild, as well as being a Seichim and Usui Reiki Master.

Through times of both joy and intense growth , all of which has shaped me into the person I am today. I stand in love, compassion and with gratitude, wanting to share all of what I have learnt with you and will continue to learn more every day.
